As we get into the end days of such a hazy summer, you may start to feel a bit gloomy and depressed that the game is winding down.
With the end of summer the start of pre-fall our favorite brands are starting to ship some amazing things!
It’s time again to represent the color of the season, black. This time around the all-encompassing staple is reworked in some very innovative ways. Spikes, skulls, buckles, stars, stuffed animals…yup! You read that correctly. The basic black shoe is anything but basic. Check out my highlights from our latest drop to get you into the autumnal groove.
Jeffrey Campbell – Starynite (above) This is by far the standout style for pre-fall from JC. Take the popular Nightwalk, how can we make this better? A metallic gold cartoon-worthy star? OK!
Jeffrey Campbell – Tripoli The perfect transitional boot, taking the trend of cut out footwear and giving it a pre-fall twist with bulky belted detailing and a true Western inspired construction.
Jeffrey Campbell – Coltrane (Exclusive Teal Metallic) While not 100% black….OK, not black at all. This one-off combination deserves a shout out for pre-fall must-haves! Exclusively ours in teal metallic leather that is totally mermaid/sea-punk worthy, this shoe will give an extra pop of color to any all black outfit you can think up for fall.
Jeffrey Campbell – Lita Cap Toe This is the go to re-invention of the epitome Lita that is truly a daily essential in the making. Lita + Silver Cap Toe = EVERY SINGLE DAY. That is all.
Jeffrey Campbell – Skulltini A great update to the popular fall smoking slipper construction. Look closely at the studs, they are actually little skull heads!
Ash – Panic Sneaker The perfect throw around sneaker updated for fall with tonal black crystals and studs covering a nappa leather slip on. This is what I will be wearing every day for the next two months (and beyond!).
Dr. Martens – Harlen Studded Oxford Giving you extreme back to school realness…. if only this was around duringmyprep school days.
Gold Dot – Drei Wedge Try something new like this transformable wedge from Gold Dot. Certinaly not your average sky high wedge…the metallic pieces can snap off to give you a more minimalistic stomper wedge.
Ubiq x Hello Kitty Ummm…a Hello Kitty plush on my foot…in black? YES PLEASE! If you ever wanted to emulate Japanese street fashion, you better get this shoe, because we are one of only a handful of people approved to offer you this AAHHHMMAAZZIINGG fall sneaker!
