We’ve finally had a few sunny days here in Boston, so my photo buddy, Tommy, and I decided to take some photos outside today, and boy, are we glad we did! Not only did we have a minor altercation with the Boylston St. meth-head and her pimp, but we had some delicious 11am (brunch?) ice cream, too! For our outdoor adventure, I chose one of my favorite new tops on the site, The Janis Cropped Top by Joyrich.
For look number one, I went pretty casual with my Denim Cutoff Shorts by Free People and The Two Timer Shoes in Khaki Suede by Jeffrey Campbell. I have on some pretty awesome accessories, too with The White Foxtail Clip by Harlett on my bag, and VOTAN Tokyo’s Love Marine Long Necklace.
The second look takes place outside of Hermes while I stare longingly at the Birkin bag I will never own. Sad, seeing as Jane Birkin is one of my all-time favorite fashion icons. I do believe that Jane herself would like this LBD I’m wearing by Hurley. I’m also wearing The Lyn Shoes in Black on Black by Ash Shoes, some vintage bracelets by Erica Weiner, and hat by Nixon.
Last but not least, it was time for ice cream! By chance, Tommy and I happened to be the first people in Boston to see the Frosty truck this year! Or maybe we were the only ones crazy enough to have ice cream for breakfast. Either way, the ice cream truck man himself confirmed that we were the first customers of the year, so I’m pretty proud of that. While enjoying my treat, I wore The Tribe Miniskirt by Grey Antics and Kill City’s amazingly soft Leather Vest. Well, it’s back to work in the office now, but I think we’ll have to have another outside exploration next week.
