I know I’ve already posted a “Wear it 3 Ways” on Wildfox, but I couldn’t resist writing a second. They are my favorite brand of all time. No other brand incorporates everything I love (70’s style, Parisian glamour, Native American motifs, and mermaids) into their lines. Spring 2011’s White Label line is no exception. The hippie-style maxi dresses and sequin tops referencing France’s tragic queen, Marie Antoinette, seem like they were made just for me. The thing is I’m sure millions of girly girls around the world feel the exact same way, and that is why the girls behind Wildfox are geniuses.
For my first look, I wore Wildfox’s 1774 Campfire Tee with a flirty skirt by Jack BB Dakota and some Hi Split Spot Boots by Irregular Choice. I added The Pinocchio Wood “Dreams Come True” Bracelet in Gold by Disney Couture Jewelry for an extra girly touch, and I felt like a ballerina even in my slouchy tee. The sequins definitely have that effect!
Next, I wore my lace shorts and some Lita Shoes by Jeffrey Campbell with my Wildfox Tee. Even though everything I’m wearing is super soft and comfy (even the 5.5” Lita’s!) I feel glamorous in this outfit and would definitely wear it out on a Saturday night.
Last, I chose a more casual outfit. Sequin tops don’t always have to be ultrafancy! I’m wearing my Chuck Taylor Hi’s and denim shorts by Huffer for an ensemble that’s great for any spring afternoon. I still have on The Faceted Flower Stretch Ring from *The Extras for a little bit of fancy, though. Because really, who wants to live in a world without fancy? The Wildfox girls, Kimberlery Gordon and Emily Faulstich, make sure we don’t have to! Check out Kimberley’s amazing blog here.
