A few weeks ago I attended a Purim party with my girls. According to the “Virtual Jewish Library”, Purim commemorates a time when the Jewish people living in Persia were saved from extermination. My mom would be so proud of me for knowing what this holiday is about. Thanks Internet!

It’s celebrated like Halloween, so dressing up in masks and costumes is how it’s done. Seems I was the only one without a mask in the back of my closet, so I threw on my Mad As A Hatter Cropped Tee by Double Dees and went as the “Mad Hatter.” It’s all I could come up with! Not such a bad look either.
